Project background
In recent years, the advantages of digital and networked video surveillance systems over traditional surveillance systems have become more apparent. Its high standard, openness, integration and flexibility provide a broader space for the development of the entire security industry. . Especially in today's highly developed modern technology, crimes become more intelligent and the means are more concealed. It is even more important to strengthen modern security technology. Security monitoring is a combination of high-tech technologies such as electronic technology, sensor technology, computer technology and modern communication technology. Security monitoring systems and products are sharp weapons to prevent and combat crimes and prevent disasters. They are an important part of the comprehensive management of social security. It will enable us to gradually bid farewell to the era of a lock to ensure safety.
Functional Requirements
Remote access. Traditional video surveillance is generally carried out in a small area, and users generally require that the access location is not restricted by region, and can visit the monitored location anytime and anywhere.
Many people visit the same monitoring point at the same time. Traditionally, a monitoring point is generally accessed by a monitoring center (user). The same monitoring point is likely to be accessed by multiple users at the same time, and there may be no relationship between these users. The complexity of user access will require the system to strengthen the management of access rights.
Monitoring points tend to be scattered, while monitoring tends to be centralized. Monitoring points belonging to the same user are becoming more and more scattered, regardless of geographic limitation. For these scattered monitoring points, centralized management and control are required.
The monitoring system is required to be open and expandable. The same system should support multiple different types of monitoring equipment, and the number of users and the number of monitored points can be easily increased or decreased.
Mass data storage. Networking enables the traditional local video recording function to be transferred to a remote server for realization, making it possible to store massive amounts of data. At the same time, the system is also required to have stronger storage, retrieval, and backup functions.
Information security. The complexity of the system, the diversification of users, and the business characteristics of video surveillance must inevitably require the system to provide a strong guarantee for information security
